Home Care
Active members joining together with thousands of other home care and healthcare workers in the union gives us all greater strength in collective bargaining, resulting in better wages, benefits, and training opportunities in the future. That is why we encourage you to participate in our union and have a voice in setting our priorities.
There are many different ways to become an active member. Contact a union organizer to learn about the many ways you can become involved in the union. Whether you engage with members and legislators at the Capitol, help shape the training program, run for elected office in the union, or knock on doors to get out the vote for home care champions during election season, there are many ways to be involved in our union and make your voice heard.
